AnGela Burgess Recital Hall
At the Angela Burgess Recital Hall within the Royal Academy of Music in London, our Acoustic Byssus Core tiles enhanced sound reverberation control while the Zephyr Piano Trio - Violinist Emil Hartikainen, Pianist Caitlin Wiranata and Cellist Yunxiaotian Pan - performed Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons: Spring (Movements 1, 2, and 3).
Our freestanding ABC panels are the ideal solution to eliminating reverberation, allowing notes to blend naturally without excessive overlap. Good acoustics ensure musicians and audiences hear the sound as intended, with depth, directionality, and dynamics preserved. This project was especially close to our founder's heart, as it brought together his love for classical music and passion for engineering, sustainability, and innovation - marking a highlight in his professional career.
Fun fact: The violin and cello played during the performance are over 250 years old, making the instruments, not our Acoustic Byssus Core products, the most sustainable items in the venue.
